This combination is the choice for small and medium meetings that require high quality recording and transcription.

The Liberty Digital Court Recorder package is an audio/video recording program designed to run on a standard PC using the Windows operating system. The Liberty solution can record and playback multiple channels of audio and video. The system also includes bookmark and text notes features that allow tab stops for instant cueing and text to be imbedded directly into the resulting recording files.

Instead of using analog tapes, the Liberty system records the audio and optionally the video from the proceedings to a PC’s hard drive. The hard drive may be located on either the local PC or on a central server elsewhere in a network. The recordings are made to be transcribed in close to real time. The files may be moved throughout a network just like any other type of file.

The Liberty Recorder configured to work with the Microcone will record six discrete audio channels, making it the ideal solution to address the needs of small hearings, depositions and small commissions hearings.

The Microcone produced by Biamp, is an innovative USB microphone array designed for small to mid-sized meeting recording environments.

With its small size the device is easily centred in a meeting environment with a minimal footprint. This USB device coupled with the multichannel recording software package from High Criteria allows for six individual audio channels to be recorded simultaneously, using the devices unique multi-person microphone array technology.

Microcone automatically tracks and enhances each voice and applies adaptive background noise reduction to allows for superb speech intelligibility within the recording. The highly directional six microphones allow for sharp channel isolation for easy transcription purposes.

Small and lightweight this is the ideal audio device to use for those meeting recording or travelling for depositions and circuit recording. The device uses a standard ASIO driver.  Additionally two additional channels are provided as a mix of all 6 directional channels allowing for 2 channel recording devices to use the unit.
