Shipping & Returns Policy

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened physical items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund less 15% restocking fee. Software returns can only be accepted once confirmation has been made with the manufacture that the software has not been activated.  Software returns are processed with a 5% restocking fee.    Return shipping costs are not covered for a return.  Returns are not authorised unless the process explained below is undertaken and you receive an official confirmation from the Webstore Administrator via the Return Item (s) process.

Returns Process

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it your retrun (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).  All refunds will be provided back via the orgainal payment method.

Note:  International returns may take longer.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account on the webstore, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received, processed and authorised the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to the following countries & regions:

  • Australia & New Zealand

If you region is not specified please use the form at the bottom of this page to ask for special shipping rates.  All shipping is undertaken on the next Australian business day after the order is placed.  Orders placed after 3pm Australian Western Standard Time (AWST) will be counted as ordered the next business day.  Express Post orders will be shipped as soon as possible on the business day ordered or the next business day aft after 3pm AWST.

Please Note: that there are regional restrictions on some products within the webstore. These products cannot be shipped to international destinations outside of Australia.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping option you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.  If your product cannot be shipped to your shipping location, you will be notified during the checkout process.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full KG.

We ship using Australia Post only.  When your order is processed and shipped you will be sent a tracking number if the shipping option selected provides one.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  Please allow item for your shipping to arrive.  please order with enough time before you need the product.  All products ship from Western Australia. No shipping to any PO Boxes is allowed.

Express Post - 1 - 3 business days depending on location within Australia

Standard Post - 3 - 7 business days depending on location within Australia
